I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and have tried many mats, from average to professional. But this mat is something else. The dimensions which make me feel so comfortable, I actually have a lot of space to move freely. The grip and texture are just perfect. The quote is also special, as it will remind you with each move and breath to be present.

Sharing my review about the Inner Haven mat: as a yoga teacher, to be honest, I've never tried an anti-slip yoga mat at this level. It's anti-slip to the maximum, very easy to clean after a sweaty practice, and aesthetically pleasing to me.
